I found out I was gluten intolerant on August 6, 2009. Since the diagnosis, I have tried to find out what is and is not gluten free, with varying degrees of frustration. As a professed bagel aficionado, I wanted to create this blog to share my stories thus far, in order to help those who may also find out that they are no longer able to eat the food they love.
